Dorset Studio is blessed with being able to maintain a stable, happy, well-motivated family of staff. We take pride in our commitment towards staff development. Richard Branson once said, ‘Train your staff well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so that they don’t want to.’
From time to time, however, positions do become available. These will be advertised on our ‘Vacancies’ page, as well as through the ‘TES’ and ‘Dorset for You’.
