Our Curriculum

The school will offer both academic and vocational qualifications. The National Curriculum is delivered at Key Stage 3 and 4 which will enable students to progress in a variety of directions Post-16.  Academic excellence is important; students will be expected to work hard and long to achieve their goals. Dorset Studio School will deliver this curriculum in a different way for those students that want something different and for those students that want to work in a mature and business-like environment.

The three central aspects of the curriculum will include working towards:

• High Level Academic Qualifications
• Key Employability Skills through weekly work experience
• Personal and Social Development
